Kristen Anne Bell (born 1980) is a famous American performer and actress. Parents include Tom Bell and Lorelei Frygier who are both news director on television. Her family was birthed in Huntington Woods Michigan. She is of Polish (mother's) and German (father's), English, Irish and Scottish ancestry. Kristen found her talent within the industry of entertainment when she was just a teenager. When she was in 1992, she attended her first audition. She was given the role on Raggedy Ann And Andy. Bell was signed by her mother to become an agent when she was just thirteen years old. Then, she was chosen for the newspaper advertisements and TV commercials. Along with learning in private classes and acting lessons, she started her career in the year 2000. Bell had a role that was not credited on Polish Wedding (1998), the film that was released in 1998. Bell participated in the Drama and Music Club at Shrine Catholic High School. The Wizard of Oz production in her high school earned Bell the role of the lead Dorothy role. Bell was then transferred in New York City, to the Tisch School of the Arts. She studied musical theater at the Tisch School of the Arts. The year 2001 was the time Bell left university to perform the part of Becky in Tom Sawyer. In 2001, it was also that Bell's first appearance in a film that was credited to her, Pootie Tang (2002). Unfortunately her scene is cut off and the credits are all that display her. Bell appeared together with Angela Bettis and Liam Neeson in 2002's Broadway revival of The Crucible.
